Service Design

I created this comic as part of the Experiential Service Design course during my master's degree. The project explores the complex and sensitive topic of Euthanasia and Service Design for Euthanasia. This subject raises profound questions about the emotional and ethical dimensions of design, challenging us to consider how design can contribute to such deeply personal and morally complex experiences.

challenge.

One of the biggest challenges was approaching such a sensitive topic with the right balance of empathy, respect, and critical thinking. The project required an in-depth exploration of ethical concerns, societal perspectives, and emotional implications, while also considering how service design principles could support individuals and families facing end-of-life decisions.

result.

The final comic serves as a thought-provoking narrative that visualizes different perspectives on euthanasia through a design lens. It aims to engage audiences in discussions about the role of service design in emotionally and ethically charged situations. This project provided a unique opportunity to push the boundaries of design thinking and reflect on its impact in deeply human experiences.
