Designing a Seamless Employee Data Import for HR Admins
This project aimed to simplify the process of importing employee data from Personio into Coup. The main user — an HR Admin — needed a fast, reliable way to keep data up to date without manual entry. By understanding their workflow, pressures, and expectations, we designed an experience that feels effortless, clear, and trustworthy.
